Our potato sandwichloaf is a tinned loaf leavened with a sourdough starter and a little yeast. The resulting product is a soft loaf with a thin crust that toasts beautifully and is great sliced for sandwiches.
This loaf uses organic white flour and we use potato flakes in place of milk to make this a vegan option.
This loaf is best during the first 3 days.
