Our cruffins are made from croissant dough shaped into a taller muffin shape, the flavours change every couple of weeks.
19th Feb 2025: Chocolate Stout Cake (GLUTEN, EGG, MILK, SOYA)
A hybrid pastry using laminated dough baked in a muffin tin. Filled with cream cheese chantilly and dark chocolate cremeux and finished with chocolate stout cake cake.
Cruffins are best eaten on the day of baking.
This product uses premium French milled flour from Moule Bie.
