Welcome to Bakeri Baltzersen a retail and wholesale artisan bakery based at Kettlesing Head, just 7km outside of the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

At Bakeri Baltzersen we bake a range of long fermented sourdough loaves, rye, ciabatta and more traditional yeasted white and granary style loaves/rolls. We also bake pastry and vienoisserie from scratch.

You can buy our bread and pastries direct from this website for delivery to your door.  Alternatively you can visit our bakery shops in Harrogate or Wetherby to eat in or takeaway
